Reservations
How do I book airport parking?
Search for your airport, choose your dates, compare offers, then book online. You will receive a confirmation email with all booking and access details.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Cancellations and modifications depend on the booking conditions shown before payment. For bookings made more than 70 days in advance, only non-refundable platform fees are charged at booking and the remaining amount is charged around 30 days before arrival.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your reservation remains valid for the booked period. If your return is delayed, request an extension from your customer dashboard or contact support.
Do I need to print my confirmation?
No printing is needed. Keep your confirmation email and follow the access instructions shown in your booking details.
Security
Is parking secure?
Each parking partner lists its own security features (such as CCTV, controlled access, or lighting) on the parking details page.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged?
Partners have insurance coverage. In case of damage, our team will assist you with the claim to the relevant parking lot.
Are parking areas well-lit?
Yes, extensive lighting day and night enhances the security of customers and vehicles.

Is the shuttle to the terminal included?
Shuttle availability depends on the parking you choose. Check the parking details page for shuttle information, schedules, and conditions.
Do you offer valet service?
Valet service is available only for selected parking partners. If offered, it is clearly shown in the parking details before booking.
Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?
Some parkings provide EV charging. Availability and pricing are shown in the parking details before you confirm the booking.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online through Stripe using supported card and wallet methods shown at checkout.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The displayed price is the price paid. Taxes and fees are clearly indicated before payment.
Do you offer discounts for long stays?
Prices depend on parking, dates, and duration. Any available promotional or long-stay pricing is shown directly in search results and booking details.
