By using Comparkly's website, application, or booking flow, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Comparkly operates a marketplace that connects travelers with independent parking partners.

• The parking service itself is delivered by the selected parking partner.
• Comparkly provides the booking interface, payment orchestration, customer communications, and support coordination.
• For payment processing, Comparkly uses Stripe Connect infrastructure.
• Comparkly is not a bank and does not provide payment account services; payments are handled by regulated payment service providers.

At checkout and in your confirmation email, we identify the selected parking partner associated with your booking.

Comparkly applies two payment flows depending on arrival date:

For GT70 bookings, you authorize Comparkly and its payment processor to:

• Store your payment method for future off-session charge attempts related to the same booking.
• Charge the remaining amount around 30 days before arrival.
• Retry and request payment action when required (for example, additional authentication).

You must ensure your payment method remains valid and funded until the booking is fully paid.

Pricing and Taxes

• Total price and included items are shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
• Applicable taxes and fees are shown according to booking context and legal requirements.

Non-Refundable Amounts

• Platform service fees are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
• Cancellation insurance premium (if selected) is non-refundable once purchased.

Cancellation and Refund Rules

Detailed rules are provided in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and at checkout. If a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method.

Where applicable law requires otherwise, mandatory consumer rights prevail.

• Provide accurate booking, traveler, and vehicle details.
• Comply with parking partner operating rules and arrival instructions.
• Use lawful payment instruments and do not perform fraudulent activity.

Comparkly and parking partners may suspend or investigate bookings in case of suspected fraud, payment disputes, abusive behavior, or legal obligation.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed, related refunds, payouts, and booking settlement actions may be paused while the case is reviewed.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Comparkly or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written consent
• User-generated content remains your property but grants us a license to use it

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection law, including GDPR.

We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, operational, or product reasons. Material updates will be communicated on a durable medium where required.

• Displaying a notice on our platform

Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
